American rapper Russ set the stage on fire last Friday at New Alamein City. With a staggering crowd of 8000 people, you could feel the energy thumping everywhere. Russ hit off the night with The Flute Song, and from then there was not a dull moment. The self-made rapper created a matchless engagement with the crowd. Everyone was singing along and jumping with excitement to Russ' lively tunes. Amazingly executed and presented by Cvents, it was definitely a night to remember.

The concert was as well-organized and as entertaining as it can possibly be. The crowd was divided into three sections: VIP, gold, and silver. The entire venue was packed with fans anticipating the much-awaited arrival of the rapper. At midnight, Russ finally made his grand appearance and blew up the night. The star had an exceptional stage presence that truly involved the crowd.

The way Russ started each song was definitely unique. He talked to his fans about what the song was going to be about and asked them if they could relate. There was a very strong connection between the artist and the audience. The energy in the place was sort of magical.

The stage decor was next level. On the big screen, there were projections of prominent sights in Egypt, a tiger, and some of Russ’ achievements. Fire flamed when the beat got intense, which of course hyped up the crowd. Fireworks would also go off between songs during the concert.

In the middle of the concert, Russ’ mother made a quick yet memorable appearance. He talked about how she comes with him everywhere and there was a loud applause for her. Russ also expressed his appreciation to his fans for their support. “I have no ties to Egypt. I’m not from Egypt, so you have no reason to like me except for my music and I want to thank you all for that,” Russ thanked his dedicated fans.

In the end, Russ performed “Goodbye” and right after, the lights dimmed down. However, he surprised the crowd with a final performance of “Do It Myself” that was truly one of the most thrilling and euphoric experiences ever for anyone who attended the concert. The fact that it was unexpected elevated the energy in the venue. The final massive fireworks were overwhelming and ended the concert in such a bittersweet way.

He also posted a video of the the crowd raising up their flash-lit phones and singing along with him in a dazzling sight. Shouting "I love you Egypt" in the concert, Russ promised another visit to Egypt soon. Between many summer events, Russ' concert was by far the most extraordinary and his preformance proved well that he's one of the most authentic artists. A night like that surely doesn't happen everyday and it will stay unforgettable for the huge fans Russ has in Egypt.
